You buy compute at 20% off list, your customers get consoles of their own, and your name sits where ours normally does. Getting in takes an admin's approval, approved KYC and at least $100 in your wallet.
An admin has to approve you
You apply from the reseller page in your console, and an admin reads the application and decides. Two things have to be true before that can go through: your KYC is approved, and your wallet holds at least $100. That isn't a fee and nothing locks it: it stays ordinary credit, and the fleet spends it like any other. None of this is instant.
20% off list
A $5 Ember costs you $4, a $10 Flare costs $8, a $14.99 Blaze costs $11.99. The discount is on what your customers run: servers on your own account bill at list, the same as anyone else's.
50 accounts, 200 servers
You create an account for each customer from your console, up to 50 of them. The fleet ceiling is 200 servers, and your own servers are counted in it: fill it yourself and your customers have nowhere to deploy. Each account is the ordinary Ekire console with a login of its own.
One wallet pays for the compute
Everything your customers run draws down your wallet — their servers and the backup surcharge, their volumes, reserved IPs, paid snapshots and bandwidth overage — and so does your own compute: one balance carries the whole fleet. Your wholesale discount applies to servers; storage, addresses, snapshots and bandwidth bill at list.
Your name replaces ours in their console
Set a brand name and it takes the place of the Ekire wordmark in your customer's console. That is the whole of the white-labelling: there is no custom domain and no white-labelled email.
The retail margin is a number, not a charge
You can set a retail margin and the console shows it back to you. Ekire never charges your customers for the compute they run: that comes out of your wallet, and you invoice them yourself, on whatever terms you already use.
What a customer's server costs you
Every plan at 20% off the published price. It is the same number in Houston as it is in Singapore, exactly like the public price list.

Backups add 20% to a server's rate, and that surcharge comes out of your wallet as well. The discount is the only thing your own servers sit outside: they bill at list, out of the same wallet, and they count against the same 200. And a stopped server keeps billing until it is destroyed, on a customer's account exactly as on yours.
Which side of the fleet pays for what
One wallet covers everything the accounts you create run. Only one line gets your wholesale discount, and that split is worth reading before you price anything.
Four things the program doesn't do
The reseller program is new, and this is the shape of it today. Some of these may come later, and we won't give a date until we have one.

How do I become a reseller?
You apply from the reseller page in your console, and an admin reviews it by hand. Approval needs your KYC approved and at least $100 in your wallet. It isn't taken or locked: it stays ordinary credit. There is no instant sign-up for this one.
What does the 20% apply to?
Compute your customers run, and the backup surcharge on it. Ember costs you $4, Flare $8 and Blaze $11.99 a month. Servers on your own account bill at list.
How many customers and servers can I have?
Up to 50 sub-accounts, and 200 servers across the fleet. Your own servers are inside that 200, not beside it.
Who pays for storage, addresses and bandwidth?
You do. Volumes, reserved IPs, paid snapshots and bandwidth overage that your customers create all bill to your wallet, the same pool that pays for their servers. Your wholesale discount applies to servers only; the rest bills at list price. Your customers' own wallets are never charged for any of it.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
Your account is suspended, and the servers your wallet can't pay for are powered off, your customers' as well as yours. If the suspension lasts 3 days, every server your wallet pays for is destroyed, data and all; one whose current month is already paid is held for review instead, and goes the same way once that month ends. Top up before then and the account reactivates, though the servers have to be started again. Auto top-up is how you avoid it.
Does Ekire invoice my customers?
No. Everything your customers run draws on your wallet, so you invoice them yourself, and the retail margin you set in the console is shown to you rather than charged to anyone. We never bill your customers for their usage.
Can I work inside a customer's account?
Yes, without their password. Operate on a customer's row on your reseller page switches your console into their account, with a banner saying whose it is. You can deploy servers for them, billed to your wallet at wholesale, run and destroy their servers, reset a root password, open the browser console, and manage their volumes, reserved IPs, VPCs and monitors. Their wallet, invoices, payment methods, saved SSH keys, API keys, team and identity verification stay closed to you, and every change you make is recorded in our audit log under your own account.
Can I delete a sub-account?
Not yourself. There is no control in the console that removes one, so taking an account off your roster is a support ticket rather than a click.
Is the customer emailed when I create their account?
No. Creating the account sends nothing and sets no password you can see or pass on. Tell your customer to use Forgot password on that address to set their own.
What does my brand name change?
The Ekire wordmark in that customer's console, and nothing beyond it. There is no custom domain and no white-labelled email, so anything outside the console still says Ekire.
