Why is there no price list?

Because two builds that look alike can carry very different management loads. The quote is itemised line by line, so you see what each part costs before you pay a cent.

Who answers the inquiry?

The people who run the fleet. Your message lands in the same queue our support runs on, marked as an inquiry, and the reply comes from whoever would build the thing.

What does managed mean here?

Patching, updates, monitoring and optimisation are ours; the console and root stay yours if you want them. The quote states exactly what we take over.

Can I start smaller?

Yes. The cloud plans go up to 16 vCPU and 64 GB, take a card instead of a conversation, and are live in seconds. This page exists for the day a slider isn't enough.

How long does a build take?

Days, not hours. The number depends on the build and on hardware in stock, so we state it in the quote, and the clock doesn't start until you accept.

Is there a minimum contract?

For managed cloud and custom builds, no: the wallet model applies and you can leave anytime. A dedicated host reserves a whole machine, so it carries a stated minimum we put in the quote.
