You buy compute at 20% off list, your customers get consoles of their own, and your name sits where ours normally does. Getting in takes an admin's approval, approved KYC and $100 held in your wallet.
An admin has to approve you
You apply from the reseller page in your console, and an admin reads the application and decides. Two things have to be true before that can go through: your KYC is approved, and $100 is sitting in your wallet as a deposit. None of this is instant.
20% off list
A $5 Ember costs you $4, a $10 Flare costs $8, a $20 Blaze costs $16. The discount is on what your customers run: servers on your own account bill at list, the same as anyone else's.
Fifty accounts, two hundred servers
You create an account for each customer from your console, up to 50 of them. Two hundred servers is the ceiling across the fleet, and your own servers are counted in it: fill it yourself and your customers have nowhere to deploy. Each account is the ordinary Ekire console with a login of its own.
One wallet pays for the compute
Your customers' compute and the backup surcharge on it draw down your wallet, and so does your own compute: one balance carries the whole fleet. Their volumes, reserved IPs, snapshots and bandwidth bill to their own account instead, so your wallet is not the whole of the fleet's bill either.
Your name replaces ours in their console
Set a brand name and it takes the place of the Ekire wordmark in your customer's console. That is the whole of the white-labelling: there is no custom domain and no white-labelled email.
The retail margin is a number, not a charge
You can set a retail margin and the console shows it back to you. Ekire never charges your customers for the compute they run: that comes out of your wallet, and you invoice them yourself, on whatever terms you already use.
What a customer's server costs you
The three plans at 20% off the published price. It is the same number in Houston as it is in Singapore, exactly like the public price list.

Backups add 20% to a server's rate, and that surcharge comes out of your wallet as well. The discount is the only thing your own servers sit outside: they bill at list, out of the same wallet, and they count against the same 200. And a stopped server keeps billing until it is destroyed, on a customer's account exactly as on yours.
Which side of the fleet pays for what
One wallet covers the compute for every account you create. It does not cover everything those accounts are able to buy, and that split is worth reading before you sell anything.
Five things the program doesn't do
The reseller program is new, and this is the shape of it today. Some of these may come later, and we won't give a date until we have one.

How do I become a reseller?
You apply from the reseller page in your console, and an admin reviews it by hand. Approval needs your KYC approved and $100 held in your wallet as a deposit. There is no instant sign-up for this one.
What does the 20% apply to?
Compute your customers run, and the backup surcharge on it. Ember costs you $4, Flare $8 and Blaze $16 a month. Servers on your own account bill at list.
How many customers and servers can I have?
Fifty sub-accounts, and 200 servers across the fleet. Your own servers are inside that 200, not beside it.
Who pays for storage, addresses and bandwidth?
They do. Volumes, reserved IPs, snapshots and bandwidth bill to the account that created them, out of that account's own wallet. Your wallet covers compute and the backup surcharge, and nothing else.
Does Ekire invoice my customers?
Not for compute. Their servers draw on your wallet, so you invoice them for those yourself, and the retail margin you set in the console is shown to you rather than charged to anyone. Everything else they buy is a bill between them and us: a volume, a reserved IP, a paid snapshot or bandwidth over the allowance draws on their own wallet, not yours.
Can I log in to a customer's account?
No. There is no way to act as one of your sub-accounts, so anything inside their console is theirs to do.
Can I delete a sub-account?
Not yourself. There is no control in the console that removes one, so taking an account off your roster is a support ticket rather than a click.
Is the customer emailed when I create their account?
No. Creating the account sends nothing, so the login details reach them from you.
What does my brand name change?
The Ekire wordmark in that customer's console, and nothing beyond it. There is no custom domain and no white-labelled email, so anything outside the console still says Ekire.
